Independent Living
At each Spring House senior living residence, we understand that our residents have unique lifestyles and preferences. That’s why we offer a variety of floor plans and amenities to cater to their needs and interests.
Assisted Living
Spring House offers a range of Supportive Living services, also
known as personal care and assisted living, that may differ by
location and licensure. These services include all the amenities and
services of our Independent Living program, as well as medication
management services overseen by licensed nurses.
Memory Care
Spring House offers a special neighborhood for residents with
varying stages of memory impairment called The Township program.
Each residence has its own unique “Neighborhoods” that cater to the
needs of every resident. The Canopy Township is supervised by a
dedicated leader with extensive experience in memory care and
lifestyle programming.
